Wireless Engineer

We are seeking a Wireless Engineer with a passion for designing and deploying high-performance network solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in customer-facing roles and excels at converting complex technical requirements into elegant, scalable wireless architectures.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead customer-facing technology design, implementation, migration, and optimization sessions on-site.
• Design and deploy wireless network infrastructures, including pre-deployment and post-deployment wireless site surveys.
• Configure and troubleshoot wireless LAN controllers and access points (indoor, outdoor, industrial).
• Utilize wireless LAN management tools.
• Translate business requirements into tailored, scalable wireless solutions.
• Drive end-to-end project ownership, from requirement gathering to high-level and low-level design creation.
• Actively participate in presales efforts, aligning technical deliverables with client business outcomes.
• Influence solution architecture for customer technology transitions.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, professional service standards, and project governance.

What You Bring:

• Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) Wireless, Certified Wireless Network Expert (CWNE), or equivalent expertise.
• Deep knowledge of Cisco wireless solutions and networking protocols.
• Proven experience with wireless site surveys.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills.
• Familiarity with Python scripting and automation/orchestration.
• A problem-solving mindset and ownership mentality.
