Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technology design, implementation, migration, and optimization efforts across complex customer environments.
  • Translate business needs into scalable and secure technical solutions during both presales and delivery phases.
  • Create and validate design documents, including High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), and Change Management/Implementation plans.
  • Build test lab simulations to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure deployment readiness.
  • Align all technical deliverables to defined customer business outcomes.
  • Support technology transitions and shape customer architectures in collaboration with account and delivery teams.
  • Promote operational efficiency through process improvements and automation.
  • Follow company processes and tools to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs).
  • Expertise in Cisco Software-Defined Access (SDA) architecture and deployments.
  • Proficient in RF planning, wireless surveys, and performance tuning.
  • Skilled in 802.11 protocols, troubleshooting interference, and optimizing coverage.
  • Familiarity with Cisco DNA Center, Prime Infrastructure, and ISE integrations.
  • Solid understanding of LAN/WAN infrastructure, VLANs, QoS, and network segmentation.
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise wireless environments is a must.
