Location: United Arab Emirates (Remote)
Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with customers to maximize the value of their Workday investments by implementing certified integrations that automate internal business processes.
  • Collaborate with sales prospects to set expectations, define project scope, and gather client requirements.
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve integrations and explore opportunities for extending functionality.
  • Proactively suggest and help implement new customer support strategies.
  • Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations, focusing on third-party payroll systems.
  • Provide technical expertise in payroll integrations, including troubleshooting data transfer issues and validating payroll outputs.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies when handling sensitive HR and payroll information.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for integrations, including data flow diagrams and process flows.
  • Manage stakeholders and project deliverables to ensure timely implementation.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Workday Consultant, focusing on Workday Core HCM and third-party payroll integrations.
  • Workday Certified in Core Connector Tools & Payroll (CCTPP) and Integration Core.
  • Strong background in consulting or project-based work, emphasizing customer value.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools including EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Web Services APIs.
  • Solid understanding of Workday business processes related to Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
  • Familiarity with standard payroll concepts, including gross-to-net calculations and tax jurisdiction rules.

Language Requirements:
While fluency in English is essential, knowledge of additional languages is a plus given our globally distributed team that speaks 74 languages.
