Location: Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia (On-site)
Work Conditions: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a workflow and informatics subject matter expert across clinical labs, connecting operational needs with platform capabilities (analytics, pre-/post-analytics, sample/data flow) to enable end-to-end lab solutions.
  • Partner with customers to understand current-state workflows and constraints, designing a future-state model using Lean and workflow engineering methods.
  • Lead lab assessment activities including workflow mapping, operational bottlenecks analysis, and current vs. future state design grounded in Lean Six Sigma best practices.
  • Deliver workflow consulting outputs and recommendations such as laboratory process maps, layout documentation, and simulation-driven recommendations.
  • Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to support sales and delivery for medium to large healthcare providers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring the solution is competitive, measurable, and aligned with clinical/operational goals.
  • Provide product presentations, demonstrations, and end-user trainings/workshops.
  • Participate in key customer meetings supporting data collection and solution alignment.
  • Provide consulting support for informatics solution products and collaborate with sales and service teams to develop project plans.
  • Manage project tasks, risks, and dependencies to ensure execution is completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Sciences, Informatics, Biomedical, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the IVD industry; consultancy and solution selling experience strongly preferred.
  • 1–2 years of LIS consulting, technical support, or process management experience.
  • Familiarity with healthcare integration standards (ASTM, HL7, etc.) and understanding of clinical lab environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate requirements across different stakeholders.
  • Technical foundation in Microsoft Windows, SQL, networking, and security concepts.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and customer-facing consulting skills.
  • A self-driven mindset with the ability to execute with limited direction and build long-term relationships.
  • Awareness of laboratory accreditation expectations and evolving policies/technologies affecting lab operations.
