Position

As a Workflow & Informatics Consultant with the company, you will play a crucial role in advancing laboratory operations through the integration of informatics, automation, and customer value. Your responsibilities will include connecting operational needs with platform capabilities to develop Total Lab Automation (TLA) and informatics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert on workflow and informatics in clinical labs.
  • Analyze customer workflows and design future-state models using Lean and workflow engineering methods.
  • Conduct lab assessments to identify current and future state requirements.
  • Deliver workflow consulting outputs, including process maps and visualization.
  • Create proposals and presentations for healthcare providers using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning solutions with clinical and operational goals.
  • Build a customer-facing best practices library for automation and IT.
  • Provide training and workshops for end-users.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams on project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Sciences, Informatics, Biomedical, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the IVD industry; consultancy experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of LIS consulting, technical support, or process management experience.
  • Familiarity with healthcare integration standards (ASTM, HL7).
  • Strong understanding of clinical lab environments.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Solid technical background in Microsoft Windows, SQL, networking, and security concepts.

Work Conditions: Full-time, On-site in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
