Workforce Management Manager

To plan, allocate, and utilize workforce resources effectively, ensuring optimal staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation that aligns with operational needs while enhancing efficiency, productivity, and overall workforce performance.

Responsibilities

• Execute workforce planning strategies to ensure that the right number of employees with the right skills are available to meet operational requirements.
• Oversee staff scheduling to ensure that shifts are appropriately staffed to meet demand while managing labor costs effectively.
• Define, track, and report on workforce management key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess staffing efficiency and performance.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the workforce management team, ensuring that employees receive necessary training and development.
• Collaborate with the IT department to integrate and optimize workforce management technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 8 – 10 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
