Location: Al Bateen, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, analyze, and maintain workforce plans, forecasts, and capacity models aligned with business goals.
  • Support strategic and operational workforce planning activities to ensure optimal staffing levels and skill alignment.
  • Generate actionable insights from HR data to support leadership decision-making.
  • Design and manage reporting dashboards for workforce metrics using Power BI and Excel.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Business Units to assess workforce trends, gaps, and future needs.
  • Conduct scenario modeling and “what-if” analyses to support organizational design and manpower planning initiatives.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR analytics systems and reports.
  • Leverage HR systems (preferably Oracle HR) to extract and analyze workforce data efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Analytics, Workforce/Manpower Planning, or Organization Design.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas) and Power BI (data modeling and visualization).
  • Experience with Oracle HR systems or similar HRIS tools is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is typically required; additional languages may be advantageous.
