Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze customer business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct implementation workshops (onsite or remote) demonstrating best practices and domain expertise.
- Align solutions within the Workforce Software suite to meet identified business needs.
- Support communication, expectation management, and status reporting to customers, project managers, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate the completion of product questionnaires to document customer-specific requirements.
- Deliver training sessions, both web-based and in-person, to ensure user adoption.
- Investigate and track quality issues during testing phases, enabling timely resolution.
- Estimate work effort and manage multiple, concurrent implementation tasks.
Required Skills:
- Experience implementing Workforce Software solutions (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Integrations).
- Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills.
- Ability to conduct implementation workshops (onsite and remote).
- Experience in solution configuration based on business needs.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end implementation lifecycle.
- Ability to work with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Trusted advisor mindset with strong presentation skills.
- Experience delivering user training (web-based and in-person).
- Knowledge of testing phases (UAT, system testing).
- Ability to identify, track, and resolve quality issues during testing.
