About the Job:
The Workforce Software Consultant is responsible for implementing and configuring the Workforce Software Suite, which includes Time, Scheduling, and Integration modules, to align with client business requirements. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor to customers by leading implementation workshops, gathering and managing requirements, coordinating deployments, and ensuring successful solution delivery and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze customer business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct implementation workshops (onsite or remote) demonstrating best practices and domain expertise.
  • Align solutions within the Workforce Software suite to meet identified business needs.
  • Support communication, expectation management, and status reporting to customers, project managers, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the completion of product questionnaires to document customer-specific requirements.
  • Deliver training sessions, both web-based and in-person, to ensure user adoption.
  • Investigate and track quality issues during testing phases, enabling timely resolution.
  • Estimate work effort and manage multiple, concurrent implementation tasks.

Required Skills:

  • Experience implementing Workforce Software solutions (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Integrations).
  • Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills.
  • Ability to conduct implementation workshops (onsite and remote).
  • Experience in solution configuration based on business needs.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end implementation lifecycle.
  • Ability to work with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Trusted advisor mindset with strong presentation skills.
  • Experience delivering user training (web-based and in-person).
  • Knowledge of testing phases (UAT, system testing).
  • Ability to identify, track, and resolve quality issues during testing.
