In this role, you will lead the Workplace Design and Solutions team, focusing on establishing and implementing workplace environment principles that align with ByteDance’s values and culture. You will enhance workplace efficiency through the integration of technology and data analytics, ensuring visual and aesthetic alignment with the organization’s cultural and employer branding guidelines.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on achieving mutual understanding.
• A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, with a proven ability to leverage team strengths.
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Open-minded and adaptable to change.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a global organization.
• Experience and knowledge in workplace interior design and/or real estate-related hardware product management.
• Strong people management skills, with experience leading diverse and remote teams across geographies.
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced and matrix organization within a flat structure.
