Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on achieving mutual understanding.
- A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, with a proven ability to leverage team strengths.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Open-minded and adaptable to change.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a global organization.
- Experience and knowledge in workplace interior design and/or real estate-related hardware product management.
- Strong people management skills, with experience leading diverse and remote teams across geographies.
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced and matrix organization within a flat structure.
