Key Responsibilities
- Liaising regularly with the Workshop Manager regarding priority of work.
- Planning and scheduling of machine activities.
- Manufacture components and subcomponents within the specified tolerances.
- Ensure safe operation of equipment at all times.
- Use the correct PPE at all times during the manufacturing processes.
- Ensure that the machinery is 100% functional at all times.
- Ensure that the work area is always organized and clean.
Experience & Education
- 5 years experience in a workshop environment.
- Experience operating a variety of workshop machines.
- Hands-on experience is essential.
Key Skills
- Skilled in reading mechanical engineering drawings.
- Manufacture components within the specified tolerances.
- Capable of working under pressure and without supervision.
- Confident in operating a variety of machinery.
