Key Responsibilities

• Liaising regularly with the Workshop Manager regarding priority of work.
• Planning and scheduling of machine activities.
• Manufacture components and subcomponents within the specified tolerances.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment at all times.
• Use the correct PPE at all times during the manufacturing processes.
• Ensure that the machinery is 100% functional at all times.
• Ensure that the work area is always organized and clean.

Experience & Education

• 5 years experience in a workshop environment.
• Experience operating a variety of workshop machines.
• Hands-on experience is essential.

Key Skills

• Skilled in reading mechanical engineering drawings.
• Manufacture components within the specified tolerances.
• Capable of working under pressure and without supervision.
• Confident in operating a variety of machinery.
