Position

Help AG, an e& enterprise company, is seeking a talented and experienced Cortex Security Orchestration & Automated Response (XSOAR) Specialist responsible for the orchestration and automation of incident response. This role directly supports Help AG customer engagements, working both off-site and on-site, leveraging SOAR solutions and expertise in IT and security technologies to guide customers in the value and implementation of SOAR. The XSOAR Specialist will serve as the primary technical and operational Subject Matter Expert (SME) for automation, integration, and playbook development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and thought leadership, including optimization of processes and systems.
  • Support pre-sales, sales, and business development of new and existing services.
  • Collaborate with internal peers and external stakeholders for effective implementation and delivery of cyber defense services.
  • Engage in the service transition process to smoothly transition customers and infrastructure into operations.
  • Support rapid and effective detection, mitigation, containment, and response to cybersecurity incidents.
  • Create, optimize, and document processes, procedures, and workflows; track and report on SLAs, KPIs, and OLAs.
  • Initiate and manage incidents, problems, issues, and compliance activities; provide 24x7 on-call support for critical activities as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • Depth of skills in at least three areas such as Cyber Incident Response, Security Controls Operations, and Cyber Threat Intelligence.
  • 3+ years of experience with PAN Cortex XSOAR (Demisto SOAR).
  • Knowledge of cyber threats, threat actors, TTPs, and mitigation strategies.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent experience.
  • ITIL accreditation or relevant experience.
  • Experience in integrating various technologies with SOAR platforms and designing Playbooks for cybersecurity incidents.
  • Strong scripting and integration skills in Python, GO, Kusto/KQL, and PowerShell.
  • Proficient in Information Security Technologies (e.g., SIEM, NGFW, WAF) and IT systems.
  • Solid understanding of Managed Security Service delivery and cybersecurity concepts.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
