As the primary technical and operational Subject Matter Expert (SME) for automation, integration, and playbook development, you will collaborate with Cyber Defense, Platforms & Architecture, and Managed Controls teams to achieve successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and thought leadership, optimizing processes and systems.
- Support pre-sales, sales, and business development of new and existing services.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for effective implementation and delivery of cyber defense services.
- Facilitate the service transition process, ensuring smooth customer onboarding into operations.
- Engage in proactive teamwork to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Manage and support rapid detection, mitigation, containment, and response to cybersecurity incidents.
- Document and optimize processes, procedures, and workflows, tracking SLAs, KPIs, and OLAs.
- Initiate and manage incidents, problems, risks, and compliance activities; available for 24x7 on-call critical situations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience of 3+ years in PAN Cortex XSOAR (Demisto SOAR).
- In-depth understanding of Cyber Threats, Threat Actors, TTPs, and mitigation strategies in various contexts (on-prem, cloud, distributed).
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent experience; ITIL Accreditation is also preferred.
- Strong scripting and integration skills in languages such as Python, GO, Kusto/KQL, PowerShell.
- Expertise in Information Security Technologies (e.g., SIEM, NGFW, CTI, WAF) and IT systems, including Office 365 and Service Management Tools.
- Proven experience in managed security service delivery and cybersecurity concepts.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead and motivate skilled security professionals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training abilities.
