Who We're Looking For
We prioritize how you think and who you are over your CV. We seek individuals who are genuinely curious about markets, diligent in their work, composed under pressure, and inherently focused on adding value to others. The ideal candidates will demonstrate:
- A Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
- 0–2 years' experience (internships welcome)
- Sharp analytical and numerical ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine curiosity about investing and a strong desire to learn quickly
- Residency in the KSA, Bahrain, or UAE, with a willingness to travel regionally
- CFA candidacy is an advantage (but not required)
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies is an advantage
