About
Zoom is looking for an Account Executive with experience in Contact Center/CX sales, to sell our Zoom Customer Experience Platform in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will partner with account executives and Zoom channel partners to prospect new opportunities, increasing sales funnel and drive sales execution plans. This role will support teams selling CX solutions into companies across all sectors within the southern region of Saudi Arabia.

About the Team
The Zoom CX sales team grows awareness, adoption, and deployment of Zoom Contact Center, Zoom Virtual Agent, and Zoom Workforce Engagement Management capabilities across Zoom customers. You will also be a passionate market evangelist within Zoom customers and customer prospects framing our proposition around desired customer outcomes. Your overarching mission will be to help customers re-imagine their customer and agent experiences. The team builds on Zoom infrastructure and introduces how customer and agent journeys are made better when leveraging AI to provide personalized, prescriptive, and proactive experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads and perform needs assessment, engaging technical resources
  • Create, deliver, and manage client presentations, proposals, and coordinate quarterly business reviews
  • Have a proactive, outbound approach to attract new customers and generate CX conversations
  • Develop and maintain business within existing accounts, manage large, complex sales situations, and sales campaigns
  • Partner with Zoom Account Executives to upsell current customers and assist in closing potential customers
  • Experience with business account, territory planning, and delivering commercial models to our customers
  • Develop go-to-market co-sell strategy (internal Zoom, alliance partner & channel partners)
  • Partner with Product/Engineering on Contact Center integrations & roadmap requirements
