Position

As a Channel Account Manager and Cloud Account Executive within the EMEA HPE Zerto team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to partners in the Middle East and Africa (primarily UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, South Africa, and Egypt). Your role includes driving HPE Zerto revenue and profitability by creating joint business plans, leading data-driven sales efforts, and ensuring compliance with HPE's SBC requirements for partners.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: This role is designed as ‘Hybrid’, with an average expectation of 2 days per week working from an HPE office.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise partners (e.g., VAR, Distributor, SI, ISV, Managed Service Provider) on emerging trends in alignment with HPE Zerto's business priorities.
  • Drive end-to-end revenue and pipeline through joint planning and sales efforts with partners.
  • Communicate the value of HPE Zerto's portfolios and solutions, using industry knowledge to differentiate from competitors.
  • Coordinate activities with partners, leveraging HPE Zerto specialists for sales cadence, education, and marketing.

Requirements:

  • University or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Typically, 5+ years of selling experience with partners is required.
  • Experience in the Backup and Disaster Recovery market is necessary.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Solid awareness of current technology trends and ability to articulate these to partners.
  • Strong sales acumen to influence partners and create increased value for HPE Zerto.
  • Focus on Storage, Data Protection, and as-a-Service (aaS) solutions.
  • Professional communication skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Impact/Scope:
You will be responsible for accounts with a high-level range of annual revenue and assigned quotas.

Complexity:
Your primary focus will be on partner sales within the Enterprise and Corporate segment, targeting partners with a high level of HPE specialization and commitment.
