  • 15-20 years of experience in software architecture, system design, system architecture, embedded software development, with a comprehensive understanding of IDEs, runtime environments, and digital platforms.
  • Proven ability to integrate complex software products into coherent ecosystems with a focus on usability and performance optimization.
  • Strong background in industrial automation, mechanical engineering, or manufacturing industries, with hands-on technical experience in developing the necessary system/software architectures for modern automation solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability to tackle complex technical challenges and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, enabling you to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience and engage stakeholders in a matrix organization.
  • Familiarity with modern software development tools, languages, and frameworks, along with a commitment to staying informed about industry trends and innovations.
  • Excellent English writing and presentation skills; proficiency in German is advantageous.

Benefits
