- Monitor cluster performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing to drive best practices and standardization.

Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, investments, and projects in Abu Dhabi.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define the overall cluster strategy and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor industry developments and proactively identify opportunities for growth or further diversification.

Business Development:
- Oversee business development activities focusing on identifying and engaging target international and regional partners.
- Develop business development metrics to determine progress against predetermined goals and objectives.
- Lead roadshow to target countries and large potential partners.
- Share best practices and use of emerging technology and intelligence with specialists and officers to improve lead conversion rates.

Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated issues or concerns related to cluster operations and business development.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
Experience:
- Experience in investment attraction and management.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology.
- Required experience of 7 years.
- Public speaking skills.
