We are seeking a Data & AI Analyst to join our team, where you will be tasked with creating and delivering data platform solutions for world-class clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Closely analyzing and testing new components or enhancements to existing data platforms.
- Co-creating proof of concept for new or emerging technologies with our clients.
- Utilizing programming skills to design and build data pipelines to drive and accelerate business impact.
- Learning programming skills, modern frameworks, and design thinking to build portions of applications that address clients' business and IT challenges.
- Analyzing and performing data profiling to understand data patterns and discrepancies in line with Data Quality and Data Management processes.
- Understanding and following best practices to design and develop end-to-end data pipelines, including data transformation, ingestion, processing, and surfacing for large-scale applications.
- Translating business requirements into technical requirements that inform project design and delivery.
- Analyzing source data and performing data ingestion through various methods, such as file transfer, API, and Data Streaming using Kafka and Spark Streaming.
- Working with project team members to promote data-driven decisions and design solutions that meet business needs.

Qualifications
The following qualifications are required/preferable:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent in fields like Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Data Science.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with basic knowledge in Data Lake/Data Warehousing/Big Data tools.
- Very good understanding of SQL, Python, or both.
- Familiarity with at least one platform from Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, Informatica, or equivalents.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent spoken and written command of English.
