Responsibilities

• Ensure that our work is clear, on-brand, and user-friendly.
• Articulate and discuss design decisions effectively and provide constructive design feedback.
• Assist in defining and creating flexible and coherent design systems and component libraries.
• Collaborate with design, technology, and project management teams to meet creative, strategic, and project objectives.
• Contribute to mood boards, concept sketches, presentation decks, style guides, and storyboards under the direction of the Creative Lead.
• Understand the brand strategy and navigate the organizational dynamics relevant to the assigned brands.
• Translate or extend the brand identity system across digital touchpoints.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Recent graduates with a background in digital design.
• Proficient in standard design applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Keynote, Sketch, and InVision. Experience in video editing, motion graphics, and prototyping software is a plus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital design work, particularly in mobile and touch interfaces.
• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies.
• Ability to incorporate feedback from the Creative Lead to refine and iterate designs.
• Basic understanding of technical cross-platform implications, including the strengths and limitations of native, hybrid, and HTML platforms.
