As an IAM Consultant at Accenture Middle East in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with clients, gather and analyze requirements for Identity Governance and Administration solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for Identity Governance and Administration solutions.
- Build policies, processes, and frameworks related to identity and Access Management.
- Conduct assessments of clients' existing IAM processes, systems, and controls to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop Identity and Access Management strategies, architectures, and implementation plans.
- Define technical and business requirements for identity and access management solutions.
- Advise on the implementation of new IAM features tailored to specific environments.
- Establish the link between the IAM team and business stakeholders, capturing evolving requirements and communicating about the IAM program roadmap.
- Focus on the efficient deployment, roll-out, and transition of new features and versions of the IAM platform.
- Configure and customize IGA and Access Management platforms to align with clients' business processes and security policies.
- Develop and implement access control policies, roles, and entitlements to ensure appropriate levels of access across systems and applications.
- Provide guidance on best practices for identity lifecycle management, access certification, role-based access control, and compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IGA solutions into clients' environments.
- Provide training and support to clients' teams to facilitate adoption and ongoing management of IGA solutions.
- Interact with vendors and service providers to address contractual agreements related to the IAM platform.
- Prepare updates and reports for management.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in IT services and information security.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working on identity and access management.
- Familiarity with identity and Access management systems (SailPoint, Entra ID, ForgeRock, Okta, Novell) and Directories (LDAP, AD).
- Familiarity with RBAC and Role Engineering.
- Prior consulting experience and excellent customer-facing skills are highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
