Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for Identity Governance and Administration solutions.
  • Building policies, processes, and frameworks related to identity and Access management (e.g. identity lifecycle management, requesting access, auditing permissions).
  • Conduct assessments of clients' existing IAM processes, systems, and controls to identify areas for improvement.
  • Working with clients to develop Identity and Access Management strategies, architectures, and implementation plans.
  • Defining technical and business requirements for identity and access management solutions.
  • Advises on the implementation of new IAM features that are tailored to the specific environment.
  • Establishes the link between the IAM team and the business stakeholders, capturing their evolving requirements and communicating about the IAM program roadmap.
  • Focuses on the efficient deployment, roll-out, and transition of new features and versions of the IAM platform.
  • Configure and customize IGA and Access Management platforms to align with clients' business processes and security policies.
  • Develop and implement access control policies, roles, and entitlements to ensure appropriate levels of access across systems and applications.
  • Provide guidance and expertise on best practices for identity lifecycle management, access certification, role-based access control, and compliance reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, IT, and compliance, to integrate IGA solutions into clients' environments.
  • Provide training and support to clients' teams to facilitate adoption and ongoing management of IGA solutions.
  • Interacts with the vendor and service providers to address contractual agreements related to the IAM platform. Prepares updates and reports to management.

Project Role Description : Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required

Educational Qualification : BE Integration Consultant

  • Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to support project delivery.
  • Perform maintenance and configuration activities for Kronos modules such as accruals and timekeeper.
  • Prior experience in supporting functional testing, integration testing, and UAT preferred.
  • Assisting the customer with testing, understanding the solution, and hand-holding during handover of the system.
  • Mentor junior members.

Technical Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Workforce Management domain is a must.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Workforce Dimensions.
  • Mandatory Experience in Migration from WFC to WFD.
  • Hands-on experience in using Navigator, Paragon Transfer Manager, Data Migration Tool.
  • Must have knowledge of Business Structure Setup and Labor Category Setup in Workforce Dimensions.
  • Must have Practical Experience/Exposure and knowledge in Dell Boomi.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record with 6+ years of experience in IT services and information security.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working on identity and access management.
  • Familiarity with identity and Access management systems (SailPoint, Entra ID, ForgeRock, Okta, Novell) and Directories (LDAP, AD).
  • Familiarity with RBAC and Role Engineering.
  • Prior consulting experience and excellent customer-facing skills are highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to work and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
