  • Proficient in Wi-Fi 6/6E (802.11ax) technologies, protocols, and security models.
  • Expertise in RF design, coverage planning, and spectrum analysis.
  • Deep understanding of 802.1X, WPA3, and ISE-based wireless security policies.
  • Experience with wireless roaming optimization protocols (802.11r, k, v).
  • Working knowledge of QoS for wireless voice/video applications.
  • Proficiency in wireless troubleshooting and performance tuning.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with wireless automation (Python/API scripting).
  • Familiarity with Cisco wireless assurance tools and telemetry analysis.
  • Exposure to multivendor wireless environments (e.g., Aruba, Meraki as complementary tech).
  • Experience in high-density deployments (e.g., campuses, stadiums, large enterprises).

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to documentation and best practices.
