Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to manage our IT infrastructure, which includes company devices, security protocols, software, and collaboration tools. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, and IT security, as well as experience in deploying and maintaining enterprise communication tools like Slack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Device Management: Maintain company-issued laptops, mobile devices, and IT assets. Ensure security, software updates, and troubleshooting support.
- Software & Systems Administration: Oversee the management of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, Slack, and other enterprise software tools.
- IT Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor security measures, including endpoint protection and access controls.
- User Support & Training: Provide IT support to employees, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating onboarding/offboarding with IT setup.
- Cloud & Collaboration Tools Migration: Lead migrations from Microsoft tools to Google Workspace and Slack, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Network & Infrastructure Management: Ensure stability and security of company networks, VPNs, and cloud storage solutions.
- License & Vendor Management: Manage software licenses and IT procurement.
- IT Documentation & Policies: Develop and maintain IT policies and documentation for best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT administration, device management, and security.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and enterprise collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of IT security protocols and cloud computing.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to train and support employees in IT-related needs.
- Experience in IT migrations and change management is a plus.
