Business Development Manager (Hybrid Cloud)

As a Business Development Manager (Hybrid Cloud) at Alibaba Cloud, you will play a crucial role in establishing customer relationships and expanding business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Customer Relationship Establishment & Business Opportunity Expansion

   • Proactively gain insights into key industries to identify potential customers and their needs.
   • Establish long-term relationships with customers, including CXOs, to facilitate cooperation.
   • Regularly contact existing and potential customers to stay updated on their business plans and needs.

2. Product & Technological Value Delivery

   • Deliver insights into Hybrid Cloud solutions, helping customers recognize the technical value of Alibaba Cloud's offerings.
   • Position Alibaba Cloud as a preferred partner through understanding customer’s industry-specific needs.

3. Demand Match and Business Opportunity Conversion

   • Collaborate with internal teams to create effective sale and solution strategies that address customer requirements.
   • Develop solutions that meet customer needs while driving internal improvements.

4. Commercial Operations and Business Support

   • Manage customer bidding processes and contracts while tracking changes in customer needs.
   • Collaborate with resources to address project delivery issues and support complex project operations.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time
Language Requirements: Trilingual skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin are desirable.
