Integration Developer

About the Job:

The Integration Developer will be responsible for advocating improvements to product quality, security, and performance that impact the team and other departments. Key responsibilities include:

• Solving technical problems of significant scope and complexity for the team.
• Influencing the overall objectives and long-range goals of the team.
• Defining and improving internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices within a high-scale backend environment. This includes advocating for these standards through code reviews.
• Driving innovation and embracing the challenge of complex problems while maintaining a willingness to experiment.
• Shipping large features and improvements with minimal guidance.
• Collaborating on larger projects and mentoring teammates in a respectful and empathetic manner, while also seeking mentoring opportunities to build team redundancy.
• Collaborating with the product team to evaluate and create new product features and participating in the creation of the team roadmap.
• Engaging in proactive conversations to simplify product and technical design.

Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

Qualifications:

• Over 12 years of software development experience with strong expertise in Java/JEE/Spring development frameworks.
• At least 3 years of experience in designing large-scale distributed systems.
• Certification in TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, or GCP Solutions Architect.
• Demonstrated implementation of Microservices and cloud-native application development.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift, and related container platform ecosystems.
