About the Job
AWS Partner Solutions Architects are trusted advisors to our partners and customers, helping them solve some of their largest business challenges by designing and advising on some of the most scalable, flexible, and resilient solutions in the world. As a thought leader, you will generate and present content, pushing the boundaries for your clients to dream and deliver beyond what they think is possible. You will partner with customers early in their cloud journey, helping them scale further and achieve measurable impacts on their growth ambitions, utilizing AWS as the foundation.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with partners to accelerate their business outcomes, recommending best-practice cloud architectures that align with their long-term needs.
• Drive technical solutions discussions, diving deep into complex technical challenges to create scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures.
• Act as a thought leader, educating and sharing best practices through events, white papers, blogs, and workshops.
• Develop unique technical capabilities, becoming a go-to person for specialized knowledge in specific domains.
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to gather feedback from partners and customers, shaping the direction of products and services.

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.
• 8+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years of IT development or consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and software development tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking.
• Experience in software development or Internet-related industries.
• Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
• Familiarity with AWS technologies from a DevOps perspective.
