We are looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer for one of our Fulfillment Centers, which handle millions of items daily from tens of thousands of vendors. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding the infrastructure and ensuring smooth operations. This role requires building and operating infrastructure environments while providing critical input for a platform designed with operability in mind. Our dynamic environment means no two days are the same, and you will thrive on changes and ambiguity.

  • Experience in deployment, with the ability to work with third-party vendors.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment.
  • 2+ years of networking experience (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP).
  • 2+ years of support experience in corporate settings (Windows, Mac, or Linux).
  • Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with coding.
