About the Job
As a Product Owner - Agile, you will act as the primary point of contact between the mission team and the Business Product Owner. Your role will involve ensuring clear communication of business goals and priorities, as well as translating high-level business objectives into detailed user stories and deliverables for the development team.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration with the Business Product Owner:
- Ensure clear communication of business goals.
- Translate business objectives into user stories and deliverables.

Backlog Refinement and Prioritization:
- Assist in refining the product backlog to meet current and future needs.
- Write comprehensive test cases and scenarios for product validation.
- Regularly prioritize and update backlog items based on feedback and evolving objectives.

Acceptance of Outputs:
- Review completed work against acceptance criteria and quality standards.
- Ensure product increments delivered at sprint end align with business objectives.

Discovery:
- Collaborate with the Business Product Owner and stakeholders to define potential new features.
- Lead discovery workshops to gather insights on user feedback and anticipated features.
- Document findings to prepare the backlog for upcoming cycles, translating insights into epics, user stories, and technical requirements.
- Continuously engage with business and technical teams to validate feasibility and align the discovery process with the product roadmap.
Profile / Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role in product management.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and backlog management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Familiarity with user story creation, acceptance criteria, and testing processes.
