In this role, you will develop and manage a thriving ecosystem of partners, delivering innovative, cost-effective, and high-quality business solutions and services. You will spearhead partnership innovation, enhance governance, and ensure end-to-end procure-to-pay supplier management. You will lead a team ensuring that the Technology Business Management (TBM) model is fully maintained, driving a reduction in IT unit costs and maximizing resource utilization. The position requires a focus on business performance management, aligning IT executives on KPIs for their capabilities, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Requirements:
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- ITIL, Apptio or ETBMA Certification is beneficial
- 8+ years of experience in IT services and financial management processes
- Strong Infrastructure, Cloud, ITIL/Service Background within AGILE environments
- In-depth knowledge of the TBM model within a large multinational Technology organisation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
