Senior DevOps & Cloud Engineer

About the Job:
ARENIGY is an IT-Digital and Engineering Consulting Company operating in the Middle East, partnering with one of the leading System Companies in Dubai. We are seeking a Senior DevOps & Cloud Engineer who will be responsible for providing technical support for Cloud, On-Premises, and Hybrid services.

Location: Riyadh Region, On-site
Work Conditions: Full-time, Participation in 24/7 shift rotation

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement changes into systems.
• Maintain and enhance internal tools for improved service industrialization.
• Provide technical guidance for new service evolution and perform consolidated technical analyses.
• Lead the optimization of service reliability, performance, and security.
• Participate in defining production requirements and manage performance metrics.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure its quality and up-to-date status.
• Install and configure solutions on hardware or VMware, integrating with customer backend or core network elements.
• Execute acceptance test plans with customers.

Profile / Requirements:

• Unix Systems: Basic Linux experience (at least 1 year). Proficiency in basic Linux commands (ps, netstat, rsync, netcat, umask).
• Scripting Language: Proficiency in at least one of the following for Linux task automation: Bash, Python, or Perl.
• Networking: Understanding of IPv4 protocol, packet routing, and ability to configure static routes.
• SQL Language: Ability to write SQL queries including SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, and perform table joins.
• Web Servers: Familiarity with Apache virtual hosts, configuration basics, SSL certificate management, and types of authentication.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in English is preferred.
