Position

ASMO is a groundbreaking joint venture between DHL and Aramco, aiming to set a new benchmark in the procurement and supply chain landscape. With plans to become operational in 2025, ASMO will provide integrated procurement and supply chain services for various sectors, primarily focusing on Saudi Aramco and its affiliates while eventually reaching the MENA region.

The Cybersecurity Governance Analyst will be responsible for developing and establishing quality assurance standards and measures for the Technology function within ASMO. The role includes monitoring and evaluating IT standards and compliance within the organization.

General Responsibilities:

  • Design ASMO’s internal information security and governance programs.
  • Develop and maintain information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
  • Manage ISMS reviews and implementation activities.
  • Perform quality assurance measures and testing of new applications or enhancements.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to quality assurance standards.
  • Create test plans and scripts to determine optimal application performance.
  • Ensure testing activities meet business and end-user requirements.
  • Facilitate change control processes for technologies.
  • Maintain information security governance controls and address issues.
  • Research and implement required IT standards and controls.
  • Follow up on internal and external audit observations and implement corrective measures.
  • Facilitate ongoing reviews of cybersecurity technology designs in line with industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, with a preference for experience in IT/Data Solutions/Networking/Cybersecurity.

This position is essential to ensure that ASMO maintains high standards in information security and governance, contributing to the overall growth and reliability of its services in the supply chain sector.
