As part of a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product owners, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and evaluating our product algorithms. Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science or a relevant degree.
- 5-8 years of experience as a backend engineer with strong expertise in Python.
- Strong technical aptitude and good knowledge of computer science, data structures, operating systems, and networking.
- Experience in building product infrastructure and distributed systems with microservices architecture.
- Strong expertise with NoSQL and RDBMS.
- Proficiency in FastAPI for API development.
- Working knowledge of the ELK stack and message broker queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka).
- Strong understanding of OOP, functional programming, and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in Agile or Scrum methodology.
- Strong problem-solving skills; ability to pivot complex data to answer business questions.
- Proficiency with cloud-based platforms.
- Good communication and coaching skills.
- Strong planning abilities to estimate project timelines accurately.
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates a desire to remain current with industry technologies and standards.
Nice to Have:
- Good appreciation for Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Experience with LLMs, transformers, and Hugging Face.
