This position is open to Saudi Nationals only. The IT Technical Instructor will direct and lead specialist training functions and conduct training in support of the Training Support Initiative (TSI). Key responsibilities include ensuring the welfare of students during training activities and monitoring their performance to help achieve training objectives. The Instructor will analyze, design, produce, develop, and deliver new and existing training courses to meet customer specifications regarding time, cost, and quality.
Additional responsibilities involve providing specialist training inputs as a subject matter expert for customer inquiries and training proposals, developing effective training aids, including computer-aided instruction and advanced desktop systems for course delivery, and producing training support materials, such as curricula, training objectives, syllabuses, and assessment methods that fulfill customer training requirements. The Instructor will maintain a high level of technical expertise, conduct cadet assessments and evaluations, deliver assigned courses, contribute to cross-discipline training efforts, and counsel students regarding their academic performance as needed.
