Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems, particularly using C# and AWS services. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions, emphasizing performance optimization, scalability, security, and code quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using C# and AWS services to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver user-centered solutions.
- Implement and manage APIs to support various applications and systems, ensuring robustness and scalability.
- Optimize application performance and scalability to handle high load efficiently.
- Ensure the security and integrity of backend systems by implementing best practices to protect data and applications.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the delivery of high-quality code.
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance to support their growth.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process by suggesting and implementing best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on C# and AWS services.
- Extensive experience in developing robust applications using C#.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services, including S3, Lambda, RDS, SNS, SQS, SAM, and DynamoDB.
- Proven experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Proficient in both SQL and NoSQL databases, with experience in database design and optimization.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines to ensure automated and efficient code deployment.
- Proficient with Git and version control practices.
- Experience with microservices architecture using serverless technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS Certified Developer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
