The ITS Professional is an effective team player who coordinates and communicates project specifications and timelines of our IT solutions. He/She is responsible for promoting IT Solutions (ITS) and helping customers optimize their workflow. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading customer planning and implementation efforts of application systems products, including customer training and system installation.
- Providing onsite and remote support to customers experiencing problems with systems products.
- Actively participating in the sales cycle along with the sales & service team, ensuring compliance with standard system product offerings.
- Implementing systems in the customer’s hospital setting and ensuring ongoing effective use through initial and ongoing delivery of training.
- Acting as a consultant to customers regarding their comprehensive needs for service and support.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- 7+ years of experience as a systems analyst in a healthcare environment
- Knowledge of HL7 and ASTM - message types (reading, understanding, and analysis)
- Proficient in Transact-SQL, JavaScript, XML, XSL, HTML, Microsoft SQL Server, and database administration
- Knowledge of server configuration and Mirth Connect
- Familiarity with SSRS (Microsoft Report Server) - installation, implementation, report design, and implementation
- Strong project management and daily management skills
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) preferred
- Understanding of LIS vendors (Meditech, Epic, Cerner, Sunquest) preferred
- Understanding of laboratories and hospitals' IT systems workflow
- Willingness to travel 70% within KSA for customer visits
