Develop and provide support for Oracle systems and all associated system interfaces.

Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business analysts to prepare designs for new applications and document all processes to ensure effective evaluation of each application.

Evaluate architecture for Oracle applications and prepare layouts for all logical models.

Maintain database objects for the application modules and components.

Monitor and recommend changes if required to all PL/SQL packages.

Design, develop and provide new stored packages, procedures and functions.

Prepare documentation according to standards for in-depth testing for modified and new functionality.

Understand Quote to Cash business process, initiatives and operational issues and how current deployed Oracle functionality/configuration relates to current processes.

Understand standard versus customized Oracle Product Contract, Order Management, Pricing, Oracle Purchasing, Inventory & Shipping capabilities and functionality with respect to unique company deployments.

Interface with Business functional/strategic leaders (Customer Service, Purchasing, L&D, Finance.).

Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business and operations requirements and systems goals and identify and resolve systems issues.

Develop detailed and comprehensive test plans, unit test systems and applications and coordinate testing with the Business Analysts for unit tests.

Responsible for trouble-shooting Level 3 production issues.

Collaborate with Level 2 (Functional Business Analyst) to resolve issues that need further technical assistance.

Work closely with global IT team to address production issues in a timely fashion.
