We are seeking exceptional IT professionals to join our cutting-edge information and technology team as an Agile Delivery Manager - Infrastructure. You will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating scrum teams within a Release Train or outside to achieve a high level of performance and quality in service delivery. The Agile Delivery Manager orchestrates several high-visibility initiatives using Agile methodologies in a fast-paced environment involving multiple business units.
In this role, you will:
- Facilitate key ceremonies, including PI planning and reviews, and provide consultation on the Agile framework.
- Blend traditional project management principles with Agile approaches to fit initiatives of all sizes.
- Build a trusting environment that encourages raising problems without fear of retribution.
- Maintain an agile project management tool (e.g., ScrumDesk, JIRA).
- Support the Technical Product Manager in managing stakeholder expectations and product transparency.
- Lead teams to meet quality standards and ensure adherence to the Definition of Done (DOD).
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Degree or Honours in Computer Science or a related field.
- Certification: Certified SAFe and PMI ACP; additional certifications (PMI, Prince 2, CSM) are desirable.
- 5+ years of practical experience in the Scrum Management discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, with proven leadership in project delivery in a matrix organization with global teams.
- Experience in agile delivery within large technology change programs.
- Strong communication and people skills with a hands-on leadership approach.
- Experience in delivering infrastructure projects is preferable.
