In the role of Tech Majlis Associate within Internal Firm Services, you will support our core business functions by deploying applications that enhance efficiency and service quality. You will manage the design and implementation of technology infrastructure and develop client and internal-facing applications, contributing to the strategic growth of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Country Interaction/Incident Management: Implement processes for different categories of incidents, route requests for resolution, and ensure proper documentation and closure of incidents.
• Country Customer Support: Handle support requests, log incidents, and provide information for issue resolution.
• Country Training Champion: Conduct country training sessions.
• Country Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a positive customer experience with Tech Majlis services.
• Country Project Support: Assist in planning and executing Tech Majlis rollout projects and system implementations.
• Country Asset Control Management: Maintain an accurate register of assets and produce routine reports for asset management activities.
