As a Senior Manager in the Internal Firm Services (IFS) division, you will lead technology strategy and operations for PwC’s Tech Majlis, ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, budget management, resource planning, and training strategy development. You will also manage relationships with key stakeholders, facilitate problem-solving processes, and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate plans to drive Tech Majlis strategy.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies while inspiring continuous improvement.
  • Oversee budgeting processes and suggest cost-reduction improvements.
  • Lead multi-location teams to deliver remote and deskside services.
  • Identify training needs and manage the training budget for staff development.
  • Measure compliance with technology strategy and manage risk reporting.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure timely responses to technical inquiries.
  • Support IT operations and ensure effective resource management across projects.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience leading infrastructure/data center teams.
  • Strong knowledge of technology environments including networking, security, and data centers.
  • Proven track record of building resilient IT support teams.
  • Relevant certifications (PMP, ITIL, CISSP, etc.) are preferred.
  • Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management.
