As a UI / Experience Designer, you will be a critical part of our digital design team, responsible for crafting exceptional design aesthetics and impactful visual experiences. Your role will involve applying your UI expertise to create attractive, intuitive, and responsive experiences that exceed client goals. You will collaborate with internal teams to execute digital campaigns across client websites, providing constructive direction and owning your craft within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design beautifully crafted and responsive websites, apps, and digital experiences.
- Deliver compelling design directions and explorations.
- Collaborate within a Design Studio approach, engaging with UX designers, writers, project managers, strategists, developers, and leadership.
- Build trusted relationships with clients by understanding their needs and executing flawlessly.
- Adapt to evolving requirements and feedback seamlessly.
- Participate in client meetings to understand audience needs and contribute to creative processes.
- Present designs to clients and implement feedback for improvements.
Qualifications:
- A strong portfolio showcasing your UI design abilities.
- 3+ years of experience as a UI professional skilled in responsive interface design.
- Proven experience managing projects from start to finish.
- Ability to lead working sessions and present to clients.
- Experience designing complex, multi-variant web applications.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of UI and interaction design best practices for responsive experiences.
- Familiarity with accessibility design issues and UX best practices.
