As a Support Engineer at BlackStone eIT, you will provide end-to-end technical support for users, ensuring the timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues. Your responsibilities will include designing, deploying, and maintaining IT infrastructure to ensure stability, security, and scalability; monitoring and supporting daily IT operations for business continuity; configuring and maintaining complex systems and software environments (e.g., Microsoft, Linux, MAC OS X); and addressing client inquiries effectively while ensuring excellent communication for issue resolution. Additionally, you will document technical issues, solutions, and standard procedures for knowledge sharing, collaborate with Tier 2 and Tier 3 support teams for escalations, assist with the onboarding of new employees by providing technical orientation and support, and participate in IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and implementation of new technologies.
Requirements: You should have proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Exchange, O365 Administration, and experience with Microsoft End-Point, RDP, SCCM, Hyper-V, VMWare, and Citrix. Familiarity with Linux and MAC OS X environments, knowledge of Uni-Flow and network printing systems, and experience with ticketing systems and SLA tracking are also essential. Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills, along with clear and effective communication skills, are crucial for translating technical terms for non-technical users. Demonstrated leadership in handling escalated issues and mentoring junior team members, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, strong time management skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively are also expected. You must exhibit adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment, have teamwork collaboration and leadership potential, and possess a high attention to detail and technical documentation skills.
