Join Oracle as a Cloud Solution Manager for the KSA Market, where you will grow, develop, inspire, and lead a diverse organization of highly motivated, high-performing, and customer-centric cloud architect teams. Your role will involve providing leadership on technical cloud solutions and customer success, defining and implementing best practices in customer engagement.
You will work closely with sales leadership to ensure effective collaboration toward common goals and build structures and culture that leverage the expertise available within our diverse internal technology engineering ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing business objectives, metrics, and plans to ensure attainment.
- Managing resources that design and implement cloud solutions for customers in collaboration with sales, engineering, and product teams.
- Executing on strategy, providing guidance on Oracle cloud solutions, and managing successful deployments.
- Overseeing customer support from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment and resource configuration.
- Identifying gaps and enhancements to influence engineering roadmaps for customer-driven features.
- Delivering presentations and demonstrations to high-level customers and at conferences.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate teams.
- Passion for technology, with experience in a sales consulting, technical architecture, or technical sales environment.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Cloud marketplace, especially in the Middle East region.
- Ability to articulate the business value of different technology solutions.
- Strong strategic planning capabilities focused on market penetration and growth.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
