As part of the BCG network, the consulting services focus on developing and implementing business-critical IT architecture and digital solutions, creating technology platforms, and delivering customized solutions ranging from data strategies to transformational business models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop groundbreaking projects using agile methods and modern approaches for strategic IT implementations.
- Deploy customized training on Agile concepts, values, cultures, and practices while providing hands-on coaching.
- Shape the digital transformation of globally leading companies by balancing overarching technical solutions with individual client circumstances.
- Create tailored, future-oriented customer journeys based on a thorough analysis of specific situations and market trends like machine learning.
Qualifications:
- Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT Consulting, with experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner in agile software development teams.
- Proven track record of orchestrating transitions and coaching teams for large, complex Agile programs.
- Understanding of concepts such as machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile, AI, and robotics.
- Comfortable working in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts.
- Formal qualifications or certifications in Agile methodologies are highly desirable (e.g., Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, SAFe).
Language Requirements:
Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic skills.
