BCG is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist in a Client Focused role within its Operations Practice Area.

As a Senior Implementation Specialist, you will be part of a growing global team, delivering value to clients through your expertise and institutional knowledge assets, including products, tools, workshops, frameworks, and domain-specific data. Your contributions will involve providing relevant analysis and insights to client cases and proposals, ensuring a strong impact for clients. You will also support business development for operations implementation programs by contributing research and analysis to marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities include traveling to client sites to understand their requirements, leading process improvement initiatives for large capital projects, analyzing and optimizing engineering processes, collaborating with engineering and construction teams, and monitoring process performance metrics.

You Bring (Experience & Qualifications):

  • 1-2+ years of consulting experience in construction, engineering, or process improvement preferred.
  • Alternatively, 2+ years of relevant industry experience; 3-6+ years strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or industrial management (advanced degree preferred).
  • Strong background in construction and engineering process management and improvement.
  • Experience in cost control, scheduling, risk management, and field operations.
  • Analytical skills and fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

As part of the Knowledge Team, you will work closely with clients and collaborate with BCG Project Leaders, Associates, and Consultants. The Knowledge Team consists of functional and industry experts who provide insights for case teams and clients, supporting business development and proposing innovative solutions that enable BCG to deliver exceptional value.
