Microsoft Fabric Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Microsoft Fabric Consultant. The role involves designing and implementing modern data analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data models and dashboards. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining data pipelines using Data Factory, designing semantic models and datasets with Power BI options, utilizing OneLake for centralized data storage, and ensuring compliance and governance in data management.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in BI and data platform solutions, specifically with Microsoft Fabric. They must possess strong skills in Power BI (including DAX and Power Query), Synapse Data Warehouse, and Data Factory pipelines. A solid understanding of data modeling concepts and ETL/ELT processes is essential, as well as experience in integrating Microsoft Fabric with Microsoft 365 and Azure.

Preferred qualifications include relevant Microsoft Certifications and experience in Agile project environments. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or M scripting languages would be an added advantage.
