About the Job
As a Senior Implementation Specialist in a client-focused role within BCG's People & Organization Practice Area, you will be part of a growing global team dedicated to delivering value to clients through specialized expertise and established knowledge assets. Your contributions will enhance client interactions, support case proposals, and facilitate impactful results.
In this role, you will work closely with case teams on client assignments, which may involve travel to understand client requirements and design effective solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass commercializing organization activation projects by collaborating with business leaders to:
- Activate organizational design strategies and target operating models.
- Streamline organizational processes for efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.
- Facilitate the adoption of new organizational designs, serving as a conduit between strategy and operational functions.
- Manage change effectively across teams, ensuring smooth transitions and team cohesion.
- Provide targeted tools and resources for role adaptation and skills development.
Additionally, you will participate in developing intellectual property for the business and assist in the onboarding and training of junior colleagues through your expertise.
Responsibilities
- Solve client issues by formulating research and analytical approaches related to organization activation, utilizing your understanding of organizational dynamics.
- Create client-ready deliverables using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Collect, synthesize, and analyze case team learnings to develop proprietary knowledge assets.
- Communicate effectively with case teams and clients, maintaining credibility and confidence.
- Collaborate actively in diverse team settings, whether in-person or virtually, applying agile methodologies.
- Navigate complexity with flexibility, showcasing a curious and innovative mindset.
Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of consulting experience related to organization design and activation strongly preferred; alternatively, 2+ years of relevant industry experience required.
- Strong understanding of organizational theory and design principles.
- Proficiency in change management and project management practices.
- Proven experience in leading organizational design initiatives.
- Experience working in cross-functional and multinational team environments.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Team Collaboration
In this role, you will work directly with clients alongside BCG Project Leaders, Associates, and Consultants. During periods between projects, you will connect with global topic leads and colleagues within BCG, leveraging expertise to create value for both internal and external clients.
Additional Information
The Knowledge Team (KT) at BCG consists of experts who leverage their deep knowledge to provide insights for case teams and clients. KT members contribute to the strategic agenda and aid in developing tools and assets, ultimately enhancing BCG's ability to deliver exceptional business value.
