We are seeking a Project Manager with a proven track record of successful project delivery, with at least 5 years of project management experience, including a minimum of 3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing Oracle Cloud projects to ensure quality, client satisfaction, and financial control in accordance with Frontera’s project methodology, processes, and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle within budget and time constraints, maintaining expected quality.
  • Manage project resources and finances.
  • Report project status, issues, and risks to the Client Project Steering and internally.
  • Oversee project governance and facilitate the escalation path for project issues.
  • Drive business transformation involving both IT and business process change.
  • Deliver project budgets in excess of £1M.
  • Employ formal project methods such as Oracle Unified Method and Prince2.
  • Manage relationships and resolve conflicts effectively.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • Excellent problem-solving and hypothesis-forming skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of effective communication at all organizational levels.
  • Industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player with experience working with client teams, both on-shore and off-shore.
  • Security Clearance is desirable.
  • Prince2 Practitioner Certification (or equivalent) is desirable.
