Mace is delivering Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services across a significant portfolio of high-value mixed-use developments. The projects are at various stages of the development cycle and need to be managed through planning, design, procurement, and delivery on what is a multi-year assignment.

The Senior Infrastructure Manager is responsible for the delivery of large, multiple construction packages to agreed safety standards, quality, program, and budget. This role is critical in maintaining exceptional safety, quality, cost, program, sustainability, and compliance standards for the design resources managed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for Mace's value of safety first, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Make operational decisions on sequencing methodology and coordinate with trade/sub-contractors.
  • Contribute to establishing and maintaining a health, safety, and wellbeing culture onsite.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and design teams while ensuring quality assurance.
  • Implement design management systems to meet statutory, legal, and contractual requirements.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop your project team while actively networking for business development.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential.
  • Detailed knowledge of construction methodology, digital platforms, and Mace standards.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple large packages of work and planning/budget management.
  • Relevant qualifications: Completed apprenticeship (or equivalent), NVQ or HNC (or equivalent), and SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
