As part of our mission, the Solutions Consulting team serves as a key technical storytelling unit, blending technology and narrative to empower sales processes. The Lead Solutions Consultant will operate at this intersection, bringing technical knowledge to bolster confidence in Braze's capabilities among prospective clients. This role is critical in building long-term partnerships with customers from the outset of the sales process.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking a Lead Solutions Consultant for our GCC team within the APAC region. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging extensive product expertise and strategic vision during the sales process. This role will also mentor other Solutions Consultants, drawing from experience in Pre-sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success.

Who You Are

  • A skilled communicator with strong written and verbal abilities.
  • A team player with a high degree of intellectual curiosity.
  • Experienced in selling to accounts with sophisticated Pre-sales Consulting or Sales Engineering teams.
  • Possessing domain knowledge in areas such as SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, or Marketing Analytics.
