In this role, you'll support day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and high-quality experience for all who train here. Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support & Maintenance: Learn to support, monitor, and maintain simulator training devices, ensuring daily operational readiness and performing scheduled preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution: Develop skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues on training devices, working towards long-term solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in enhancing maintenance procedures and managing updates to operational software and lesson plans.
- Inventory & Logistics Management: Manage consumable inventory, tools, and logistics, including yearly inventories and organizing storage.
- Skills Growth: Strive to become an expert in simulator systems, such as Visual Systems, Motion, or Flight Controls.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Aviation-related fields.
- Aviation Knowledge: Foundational understanding of various aircraft, especially commercial jetliners (e.g., Airbus family).
- Language Proficiency: Strong command of English (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential.
- Customer Focus: Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with computer systems, including architecture, networking, operating systems, and basic programming languages.
- Training Insight: Basic understanding of principles and practices in commercial aviation training.
